Regulus Terms of Service
The Regulus Black Card LLC is the concierge platform connecting millennials with new people, products, and services. Our personalized black Regulus Millennial Card serves as a membership card, payment tool, and identifier for members. We foster the idea of community through our Regulus’ events and by encouraging members to meet up at our event places throughout our cities. Our concierge provides real-time, personalized recommendations and introduces our members to new products and experiences.
Once the Regulus Millennial card is ready, the member will bring their credit/debit card along with a photo ID to the designated location. The Regulus Black Card LLC will verify the member’s identity matches that of the card provided and may ask for copies of the card’s statement to further verify identity. We will then extend the magnetic signature from their credit/debit card onto their Regulus card; this process occurs with the member present and takes only a minute.
The Regulus Black Card LLC will not keep or make any personal copies of the member’s credit/debit card, although The Regulus Black Card LLC may keep a copy of their ID and statements on record to ensure no fraud is committed. Regulus members confirm that they own their credit/debit card, are in no violation of any agreements with card providers, and provide permission for one‐time access of their credit/debit card data in order to activate their membership card.
The Regulus Black Card LLC agrees not to store or use any credit/debit card data except for what is required to activate a member’s Regulus membership card and will not share such data with any third parties. Regulus membership cards contain the same security provided by the member’s initial cards. All transactions using a Regulus membership card are processed between the merchant and the member’s bank and accrue points/benefits from the member’s card provider as usual. Regulus does not track, store, or oversee any transactions that members enter into by using their Regulus membership card. If a Regulus card is lost or stolen, members should cancel their original credit/debit card through their respective bank or credit provider, at which time their Regulus card will become inactive as well.
We understand that plans change, but if you must cancel your RSVP, please make sure to do so at least 48 hours in advance of the event to avoid paying a fee for a late cancellation. The Regulus Black Card LLC reserves the right to deny admission to any member at any time. All members and their guests must be 21 or over to attend any event that serves alcoholic drinks. Proper identification will be required upon check-in.
Once accepted, a specific request must be made within 24 hours in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of being accepted. Unless a cancellation request is made, the annual or monthly fee will recur on the same calendar date of every subsequent year or month, depending on your subscription.
Regulus members may receive a replacement card upon request for a fee of $50. Members may also request additional Regulus member cards for $55 per card. The Regulus Black Card LLC will replace a damaged or defective card free of charge.
